  • Keys: (I/O: on/off) (Left up/down: Volume) (MON: disables CTCSS decode) (A: scan add/delete) (B: Unmute toggle (squelch)) (C: Group (channel) down) (D: Group (channel) up) (SCAN key: start/stop scan (scans displayed channel in each System (memory bank)) (Right up/down: System (memory bank) up/down)

  • Memories: Kenwood arranges into Systems (like banks of channels) and Groups (channels).

  • Systems 1-28: Cumulative confirmed repeaters known to be within range of Richmond on occasion, by state.

  • System 29: (Firmware Version 2 only) Same as System 30 with companded audio.

  • System 30:  All 79 simplex (talk around) frequencies from 927.0125 MHz to 927.9875 MHz with 100 Hz CTCSS.
