A summary of all the TDY missions I have performed.

June 11, 1976, Howmet Corporation, Magnolia, AR.   To observe manufacturing processes relative, procurement contract for aluminum skid components.  Traveled by private airplane piloted by me, accompanied by H. Dobbs, W. Harrison and B. Stripling.

August 2, 1976, Southwestern Testing Labs, Fort Worth, TX.  To observe test method for aluminum skid components.

November 15, 1976, Howmet, Corporation, Magnolia, AR.  To observe manufacturing processes relative, procurement contract for aluminum skid components.

December 2, 1976, Howmet Corporation, Magnolia, AR.  To perform follow-on quality system management visit as requested by the local Quality Assurance Representative.   Traveled by private airplane piloted by me, accompanied by M. Carlton.

March 8, 1977, Harris Corporation, Melborne, FL.  To assess feasibility of utilizing aluminum skids in future shipments of G/T 24.9 antenna.

September 14, 1977, the Naval Avionics Facility, Indianapolis, IN, and Rock Island Arsenal, IL.   For laser measurement system familiarization and test procedure development.   Traveled by private airplane piloted by me, accompanied by W. Harrison and J. Wortham.

November 1, 1977, Defense General Supply Center, Richmond, VA.  To attend Depot Workload Forecasting Workshop

February 1, 1978, Defense Depot Tracy, Rough & Ready Island, CA.   To conduct Annual Operational Review and provide technical assistance.

May 17, 1978, Rockwell International, Tupelo, MS.  To review machine, ol maintenance procedures, parts procurement/manufacture, and inspection/testing.

May 19, 1978, Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, VA.  For review of the Navy's application of Productivity Criteria Quotient.

Nov 24, 1978, Arnold Engineering Development Center, Tullahoma, TN.  To observe use of laser machine, ol measurement, discuss Productivity Criteria Quotient, and overhaul/maintenance of industrial plant equipment.  Traveled by private airplane piloted by me, accompanied by W. Harrison, J. Ragan and J. Wortham.

February 15, 1979, Armstrong Products Co., Huntington, WV.  To represent DIPEC at aluminum skid first article test.

March 7, 1979, Defense Depot Tracy, Rough & Ready Island, CA.  To conduct laser measurement system indoctrination.

April 27, 1979, Defense Depot Mechanicsburg, PA.  To conduct laser measurement system indoctrination.

June 14, 1979, Defense Depot Tracy, Rough & Ready Island, CA.  To accept laser measurement system equipment.

July 30, 1979, Defense Depot Mechanicsburg, PA.  To accept laser measurement system equipment.

July 19, 1980, Hewlett Packard, Loveland, CO.  To attend HP9825A calculator traianing.   Traveled by private airplane piloted by me and accompanied by spouse.

March 10, 1980, Defense Construction Supply Center, Columbus, OH.  To accept laser measurement system equipment.

June 23, 1980, Defense Depot Mechanicsburg, PA.  To conduct Annual Operational Review and provide technical assistance.

July 20, 1980, Defense Construction Supply Center, Columbus, OH.  To conduct Annual Operational Review and provide technical assistance.

July 29, 1980, Michigan Army Missle Plant, Detroit, MI.  To meet with DCAS & Contractor personel relative, aluminum skid problems.  Also visited Michigan Machine Rebuilders for a technical review.

August 11, 1980, Army Industrial Base Engineering Activity, Rock Island, IL.  To receive briefing on Department of Commerce based replacement cost factor development.

September 2, 1980, McCormack Convention Center, Chicago, IL.  To attend National Machine Tool Builder's Association 1980 International Machine Tool Show

September 7, 1980, Michigan Army Missle Plant, Detroit MI.  To provide assistance related, the Vought Co. plant closure and movement of IPE.

October 20, 1980, Niagara Falls, ON.  To attend the 1980 Government-Industry Data Exchange Program Workshop.

November 19, 1980, Reynolds Metals, Phoenix, AZ.  To observe First Article test on aluminum skid component procurement contract.

April 20, 1981, Arnold Engineering Development Center, Tullahoma, TN.  To review AEDC application of laser measurement system.

May 17, 1981, Defense Depot Mechanicsburg, PA.  To provide laser measurement support.

September 1, 1981, Dockside Co., Long Beach, CA.  To provide technical support to DCAS in preparing IPE for shipment.

May 31, 1983, Defense Construction Supply Center, Columbus, OH.  To provide laser measurement training.

June 20, 1983, MADP, Robbins AFB, Warner Robbins, GA.  To provide laser measurement training.

September 14, 1983, Schmiede Co., Tullahoma, TN.  To gather information relating to commercial methods for estimation of manhour and material costs in rebuild of IPE.

October 3, 1983, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK.  To provide requested instruction/training/assistance (aluminum skids).  Traveled by private airplane piloted by me, accompanied by Reuben Wright.

February 13, 1984, Defense Depot Mechanicsburg, PA.  To discuss Vector computer system.

April 2, 1984, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Honolulu, HI.  To inspect a machining center.

July 9, 1984, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Honolulu, HI.  To test a Lucas horizontal boring mill.

September 10, 1984, Defense Construction Supply Center, IPE Directorate, Columbus, OH.  To provide laser measurement training.

November 13, 1984, Reynolds Aluminum, El Campo, TX.  To witness first article inspection of aluminum skid components.

January 20, 1985, DIPEC-M, Mechanicsburg, PA.  To attend DIPEC Machine Tool Orientation Course and to obtain feedback for purchase description development.

April 22, 1985, General Electric, Jackson, TN.  To attend Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) seminar.

May 13, 1985, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK.  To provide laser measeurement training services.

May 13, 1991, Washington, DC.  To attend 1991 Joint DoD Standardization Data/Configuration Management Conference.

August 5, 1991, DLA Headquarters, Alexandria, VA.  To attend Tech Data Managers conference.

April 13, 1992, Naval Air Station, North Island, CA.  To perform site survey to determine feasibility of moving entire test facility to NADEP Jacksonville, FL.

January 31, 1994, Shore Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Long Beach, CA.  To relocate 26 items to SIMA Everett, WA

June 5, 1994, Richmond, VA.  House hunting trip in conjunction with PCS move.
