Typical box style unit, assembled from kit. AMECO, the first code practice device I met. A classic kit from Heathkit, a little before my time. Typical key buzzer from Japan. I have over a dozen variants. I never saw these older key buzzers as a kid, but there must have been a lot made. A classic name brand unit. Another classic kit from Heath, during the "Benton Harbor S-Line" era. A beautiful kit from Knight. A classic tube unit, this one owned by an SK friend, K4BXJ. A mass produced but quality item from Johnson. A modern set still on the market from MFJ. This is a quality device from NYE with a good Speed-X key and weighted base. Comprehensive station keyer with code practice built in. I still use one. These were ubiquitous in my early years. Many were licensed via one. A representative Instructograph of the later period. A classic MAC key/buzzer, my most expensive collectable. ATKO used by FCC for exams, including my 13 and 20 wpm in the late 60's. From England, a random code generator that speaks! Complete training package from Hallicrafters, including HA18/A CPO, key, books, and LP record
