| The Memphis area (EM55) beacons operated on all bands from 10 meters to 10 GHz until 1994. Click here for information on the Memphis beacons. In 1994 I relocated to New Kent, VA (FM17kn) and currently have a beacon only on two meters. Equipment and antennas are on hand for all of the other bands. Additional technical information on beacons can be found in chapter 3-1 of the ARRL UHF Projects Handbook. Beacon reception can be reported by email to Dave Meier. Revised Feb 2004. |
